Make sure your guest's are given the best possible impression of your property from the start and secure your 5-star cleanliness rating! With our Vacation Rental service we'll make sure your Airbnb/Vrbo is shining each and every time. Each property is different, and we'll need to review yours before signing you up for this, though in general we can include the following:

• Vacuuming and mopping floors

• Wiping down and/or dusting living room and other high-touch areas such as light switches, lamps, counters, window panels, blinds, furniture, etc.

• Disinfecting and cleaning bathroom surfaces such as; sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, mirrors, etc.

• Replacing towels and linens in bathroom and kitchen with spares

• Disinfecting and cleaning kitchen surfaces such as; appliances, counter tops, sinks, etc.

• Removing garbage and replacing bin liners

• Stripping beds and resetting them with fresh, spare bedding

• Laundry service may be possible on a case-by-case basis - Please Enquire

• Option to restock toiletries and other cleaning products - Please Enquire

Home Maintenance - $70/hr

(Handyman Services)

*1hr minimum charge

Our commitment to excellence extends to handyman work around your home or property, where we can competently handle various tasks to keep your property in top shape. Examples of maintenance services that we offer include:

• Fixing broken cabinets

• Repairing damaged doors

• Addressing leaky faucets

• Installing or repairing fixtures

• Changing lightbulbs

• Patching and painting walls

• Furniture assembly

• Grout and tile repair

• General maintenance tasks, as required

Standard Clean - $50/hr (per cleaner)

*Discounted rate available for weekly/biweekly scheduled services

This is our standard cleaning service and is best for those looking to combat dirt and mess that's accumulated on high-touch surfaces throughout the week in living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other shared spaces. It's a good weekly/biweekly maintenance clean for the home.

This is what you can expect from a Bayashi Cleaning Standard Clean:

• Vacuuming of all floors

• Mopping of all hard flooring

• Wiping down and/or dusting living room and other surfaces

• Disinfecting and cleaning the bathroom surfaces such as; sinks, toilets, bathtub, mirrors, etc.

• Disinfecting and cleaning the kitchen surfaces such as; appliances, counter tops, sinks, etc.

• Cleaning mirrors

• Removing crumbs from furniture and other surfaces

• Replacing bin liners

• Dusting surfaces

Deep Clean - $60/hr (per cleaner)

If you're looking to tackle some forgotten areas of your home, or if you haven't had time to give your place a proper clean in the past month or two, this will be the perfect option for you. We'll give your home that little bit of extra elbow-grease to rejuvenate your space.

Here's what you can expect from a Bayashi Cleaning Deep Clean:

• Polishing metal surfaces in the kitchen

• Removing caked on grime from kitchen surfaces and the interior door of the oven

• Cleaning the area's behind/between appliances, such as the refrigerator, oven, and washing machine/dryer.

• Moving furniture to clean up hidden crumbs and accumulated dirt/dust

• Dusting of baseboards, mantlepieces, and other household surfaces

• Removing fingerprints and smudges from doors and door frames

• Scrubbing the soap scum and scale from bathroom shower heads, taps, and tiles

• Cleaning interior windows

• Cleaning window frames and patio doors

• Cleaning garbage cans

• Dusting and wiping down blinds

Moving In / Out Clean - $60/hr (per cleaner)

Take the stress out of moving with our special Move In/Out Cleaning Service. We'll take care of everything your landlord will be looking at and make sure it's as clean as can be before you're out/in the door!

• Dusting of baseboards, mantlepieces, and other household surfaces

• Removing fingerprints and smudges from doors and door frames
